Install Your Own Playstation Using A/V Cable

Who in the world doesn't want a playstation installed in the comfort of their own homes?

Every child, adult, older adults and those that are perennially young at heart wants to have a playstation nearby and one that is easily accessible especially when the itch to play becomes too strong.

The following are the basic procedures in installing a playstation entertainment computer system with the use of an integrated video/audio cable.

Connect, connect, connect

Primarily, it is necessary that the cables are connected. First things first, connect the end flat of the audio video cable to the audio video connecter multi out that is found at the back of the playstation.

Then, the plugs should be connected on another end of the audio video cable towards the video and audio inputs found at the back of your television, make sure that the colors match of course.

Take note that is ever you are to use the playstation in watching dvds, make sure to connect the audio video cable to the video cassette recorder of the television for better results.

If you find that a red input is absent on your television or video cassette recorder, allow the plug that is colored red to dangle freely.

Secure, secure, secure

It is highly advisable that the cable connections are absolutely secure. Take note though that there are television inputs that aren't correctly color coded.

If such happens, make sure to plug the plug that is yellow in color to the input VIDEO IN. Meanwhile, the plug that is white in color must be plugged in the left AUDIO IN input.

The plug that is red in color must be plugged in the AUDIO right IN input. However, if there is no plug for the red, allow it to dangle.

After which, connect the adaptor AC to the power AC cord. Connect another end of the adaptor AC to the playstation system’s back.
Make sure to plug the power AC cord to the electrical working outlet.

Start the playstation system

You are now ready to play. Press the standby or the on or the button reset found at the playstation’s front. The light indicator must turn green in color.

Press the button that says open found in the system’s front and place a particular disc inside the tray. Press the disc gently down until all of the 3 tabs are above on the disc’s surface. Press the label push on the cover of the disc and close.

All in all, if there are any further info you need, make sure that you refer to the audio video settings of your television.
